Firm Foundation Independent Evaluations

​​Homeowners, have you noticed sticking doors or cracks in walls but are nervous about using a company offering a "free" evaluation when obviously they have a vested interest in the results? Perhaps you want a second opinion or verification that work already performed is within tolerance.

Realtors, do you need an honest foundation evaluation completed for a transaction with same day report submittal?

Foundation repair is not regulated in Texas, resulting in many companies offering "free" evaluations with the goal of securing work; they are selling piers to make money. It is in their best interest (not yours) to find problems they can charge to fix costing the client thousands.

Lifetime warranty? It costs $308 to set up an LLC. So the company can operate for 3-5 years, close down and start a new company leaving the warranty worthless.

A Professional Engineer (PE) can be called to do an evaluation also however they can be very expensive, please see the "Scope of Evaluations" section below.
