1)   Once you’re our client you’re always our client. Question two years later? Please don’t hesitate to call us. 

2)   Our houses change slowly over time, and those changes are often almost undetectable. When you move in consider taking a number of digital pictures, a thousand if you want (just make sure you can identify where each one is) and save them on the cloud or on an external hard drive. As you do a yearly inspection compare what you see to the pictures to help eliminate deferred maintenance and expensive repairs. An ounce of prevention… Some clients have us out periodically for a maintenance inspection.
